Slipping on her shoes, (Y/N) stood up and looked towards her sword. Grabbing her black sheath, she wrapped the sword's belt around her waist and picked up her sword, entering it inside of its sheath. Walking over towards her mirror full-length mirror (Y/N) looked at herself. Bringing her hand up towards the scar near her neck (Y/N) sighed as she remembered the event that caused it. 

"Former Demon King... I will avenge you, and everything that you gave your life to protect." (Y/N) stated firmly, pure determination burning in her eyes. "I won't lie to say that I am a bit scared..." Biting her lower lip, (Y/N) looked down at her hands. 

"... but that doesn't mean that I'll back down without a fight!" (Y/n) yelled in determination and lifted her head high again. "As the Demon Queen, I, (Y/N) (L/N), will reclaim my people!" (Y/N) swore to herself and nodded her head in approval.

Hearing the door open, (Y/N) turned around to see Estarossa near the door accompanied by Onasan who was leaning against the doors frame, a scowl on his face as his arms were crossed. "My queen, I'm sorry for coming here unannounced but... please, reconsider this-"

Lifting her hand to stop Estarossa from speaking any further, (Y/N) went back to looking at herself in the mirror. "You're needed with the army, Estarossa. Right now the army's survival should be your biggest concern." (Y/N) said, pushing away a lock of hair that got near her eyes. 

"I know that, but your highness-!" Looking back over at Estarossa, (Y/N) glared at him which quickly shut him up. "Don't question my orders, Estarossa." (Y/N) scolded him making Onasan chuckle. "My, my, you're really into this whole queen thing, aren't you, (Y/N)?" Onasan questioned her making (Y/N) sigh in annoyance. 

"Onasan, shut up and go back to do your duty." (Y/N) ordered him making Onasan quickly shut up as her aura began to slowly suffocate him. "Y-Yes, your highness." Onasan responded as he bowed, walking away from the room and closed the door leaving only Estarossa and (Y/N) in the room. 

Putting on the last piece of armor, (Y/N) turned back around to face Estarossa as she sent him a small smirk. "Don't worry about me, Esty, I'll be back before you know it, just trust me on this." (Y/N) smiled at him, walking over to his side as she placed her right hand on his shoulder. "Besides, you've taught me a lot of things about this world so I know I'll be fine, I did have the best teacher, after all." (Y/N) chuckled as she patted his shoulder once more, letting go of it and walked over towards the door. 

Placing her hand on top of the knob, (Y/N) paused and sighed. "Though, if for some reason, I do die someday, I leave you in charge of the Samad Army." (Y/N) announced making Estarossa freeze up from his kneeling position. "No." Hearing this come from Estarossa, (Y/N) frowned and turned around to meet his figure. 

"Wha do you mean by, "no", Estarossa?" (Y/N) questioned him making Estarossa look up at his queen. "I will not take over the Samad Army, because no one will ever replace you. You're eternal, just like our name says." Estarossa replied, his eyes showing so many emotions making (Y/N) confused. 

(Y/N) brought her hand up to her face as she rubbed her right temple, closing her eyes at the headache that she was getting. "Either way, Esty, you will take over for now until I get back." (Y/N) opened her eyes to look at the kneeling Estarossa making her smile. 

"Besides, how can I leave you all alone in this world?" (Y/N) chuckled as she saw a small blush form on the former Ten Commandment's cheeks. Putting her hands down, (Y/N) waved goodbye at her good friend and opened the door, walking out and closing the door. Leaning her back on the door, (Y/N) let out a shaky sigh as she looked to her left only to see Hawks approaching her.

"Are you ready to go, (Y/N)?" Hawks asked her as he was still trotting up the stairs to reach her. (Y/N) nodded, "Yeah, we'll leave soon." Hawks hummed in reply and stood next to her, both of them in comfortable silence. 

"So... we'll be taking a horse or something?" Hawks looked back up at her. (Y/N) shook her head and walked away from the door, turning around to face Hawks as she opened up her black wings. "Nope, we'll be taking flight, instead." (Y/N) responded making Hawks begin to panic. 

"You can't do this to me, (Y/N)! You know how much I hate flying!" Hawks exclaimed as he grabbed onto (Y/N) black wings as he tried to make her stop, though (Y/N) just smirked and continued to walk towards the stairs. "No can do, it'll take too long just by horse or walking." (Y/N) replied making Hawks groan. 

"I didn't even have a say on any of this!" Hawks complained as (Y/N) already arrived at the foot of the stairs down. (Y/N) shrugged as she bent down to pick Hawks up, tucking him close to her chest. "You should have known about this before you agreed, Hawks. I have wings for a reason so I might as well use it." (Y/N) walked down the stairs as Hawks continued to complain. 

"My queen, are you already heading off?" One of the soldiers asked her, the three other people with them bowing down in respect. (Y/N) nodded, "Indeed, we don't have much time to prepare so every second counts." (Y/N) answered them as she walked away, heading towards the two front doors. 

Turning around, (Y/N) faced the 49 including Estarossa and Onasan of her army members. "From now on, all of you are a part of history! We do not know how this might turn out, but how it does all depends on how much you are willing to give up to the future of our race!" (Y/N) yelled as everyone know watched her. 

"So," Placing her right hand on her heart, she placed her other hand on her weapon; her sword, and pulled it out as everyone did the same. "Fight!" (Y/N) yelled out as everyone else yelled with her, determination brimming the room. 

Smiling fondly at the sight, (Y/N) nodded her head and placed her sword back inside her sheath. "Now, begin your training to become heroes!" With that, everyone lifted their weapons and shouted their response. Nodding her head once more, she looked down at Hawks who was still cuddling up on her chest. 

"Ready, Hawks?" (Y/N) asked him as they walked out of the building, walking out into the empty and destroyed streets. Hawks looked up at her and nodded, a brave expression on his face. "Yeah!"

Opening her wings, (Y/N) flapped them once as they ascended into the skies, her armor glittering and shining making her look like a star rapidly heading back towards the skies to reclaim her position.

"Are you sure that you can breath okay, Hawks?" (Y/N) asked him, her tone sounding worried. Hawks lazily looked up at her and nodded, "Yep, that demon's powers must still be affecting me a bit." Hawks responded making (Y/N) smile down at him. 

"So... what happened when I left?" (Y/N) asked him, her voice seemingly reluctant to even say that. Hawks looked back up at her and frowned, "They all went crazy! Meliodas and Diane began to fight each other, but then Meliodas was able to land a fatal blow on her causing Diane to retreat. After that, King, Merlin, and Gowther had to retreat, too since Escanor and Meliodas were close to killing them! I and Gilthunder were just watching all of this go down until he ran away due to a powerful blast that Meliodas gave to Escanor!" Hawks exclaimed. 

(Y/N) nodded her head in understanding. "Why did Meliodas wish to kill you?" (Y/N) asked, looking back down at him as they were already above the clouds. Hawks shrugged, "Cause' I said how them killing each other was stupid, but somehow that made him really mad! I'm not even sure exactly why, but after that whole fight Meliodas seemed more serious and cruel!" Hawks explained to her, shivering at the memory. 

(Y/N) rubbed his head in comfort as she sighed. 'All of this... because of me... no, I have to keep fighting!' Nodding at her decision, (Y/N) quickly stopped as a man with a short stature appeared in front of her, his slight pointy black hair seemingly shining under the sun's rays. 

'He has... he has demon wings!' (Y/N) eyes widened as she readied for Hawks to be sent down to earth. "(Y/N)... I missed you so much..." The mysterious figure said as he sent her a sad smile, tears going down his eyes as blood came out of his mouth. 

"What-" Before (Y/N) could finish her sentence, the mysterious male closed his eyes as his wings began to fail him making him rapidly going down to the ground of the earth. "Shit!" (Y/N) yelled as she used a spell to leave Hawks suspended into the air as (Y/N) went down to pick up the mysterious man. 

Heading down, (Y/N) saw the male about to be hit by the rock of the mountain making (Y/N) grit her teeth. "Oh, no you don't!" (Y/N) exclaimed as she speed up her wings speed. Once she was close enough, (Y/N) grabbed onto the other arm of the man as she pulled him up into her arms. 

Looking down at his face, (Y/N) frowned as she saw that it resembled a lot of Meliodas'. "Well, this is going to be a more interesting trip than I thought." (Y/N) whispered under her breath as she made sure to secure him into her arms as she headed back up into the clouds as a screaming Hawks was awaiting her.
